Festa della Liberazione
Well, April 25th is a holiday/day of festival for Italy!
Here's a history lesson: April 25, 1945 marked the date when Nazis finally left Italy. So, since then, April 25th has been heralded as the "day of liberation" for many Italians. It's a national holiday...and time for celebration!
While I have been educated by our dear fayna, (as he put it: nazism ended) I think we all should take time to kick back, relax, enjoy some quality Italian cuisine, look to the east (or west), point to Italy, and wish them the best on this day!

The Liberation day has been joyful and the Stallions spent it with a tribute for sports in Trenno's Park
Is Minnesota famous for parks? do you like bears? are they free in your parks? at least in a day of freedom like yesterday.. I hope so.
I'm at the CSSU now, and there are no customers today, that's the reason I'm talking freely.
I'm very hungry, I'm going to eat a fucking dish of pasta when I come back home. With a bad ass orange juice, and an italian ice cream as dessert. I'll leave the faculty in 40 minutes so I will be at home at 2.30pm
There's a big match of Champions League tonight: AC MILAN plays in Barcelona against fc barcelona, who won in milan last tuesday. So we have to overturn the result.
I'll keep you informed about it if you'll use msn after dinner.
ps. I decided to study the Usa map this morning. I feel better now: I can tell you where ohio and kentucky are, and also utah, kansas, nevada... It's incredible how the geography of Usa is totally excluded from european studies. We use to consider USA as a nation, this could be ok, I don't know, but in this way nobody knows the existence of Idaho and Wyoming: I never had heard those names. Neither Wisconsis. I'm another person now.

so i know this isnt on the right post but as far as the AP Art Tshirts go... i say run with max and john's idea and have a male chauvinist quote from john and a femme nazi quote from sarah and put in the middle the adrogynous akhenaten. just an idea.
max... you should bring it up in class tomorrow. i wont be there but at least you could get the class thinking. we are running out of time.
