People don't seem to be caring too much about the title, so I'll just list the three of mine that Kurt liked here (The Dirtmouth is just too Stevensonesque), and the contributors (me, kurt, bundy, tirth, cameron, Tom Day or kubas if they show up) can cast their ballots in the comment thread for this post.

P.S.: Didn't Pristchet (sp?) have some weird connection to goats.com? Like his brother-in-law ran it or somthing? Because I just realized that goats is a kind-of-a-big-deal webcomic (which I don't read), not just a t-shirt company.

here are my 2 cents.
i just don't understand any of this. you guys are trying to "get rid of the baggage" but yet--in this process of taking out the trash--you are creating a new blog which (let's be honest) is a disguise for the old mustache blog. it will be the same blog, consist of the same contributors, the same concept--except it will have a new name.
so this is where my mustache stops growing: (i'm not saying anything about anyone. i'm just using cameron's name as an example)
let's say that you allow cameron to join the blog. how do you--in FAIRNESS--add individuals after kicking someone off? what/where/when was the precedent established for who can/cannot be part of the blog? the mustache blog essentially died because a select few individuals thought that bock wasn't a solid contributor. and so you are making a new blog...and allowing NEW people to join? it is inherently unfair to add cameron and take away justin bock. what is the basis that you are going off of for allowing/permitting people from being part of the blog?
so i have a number of questions that i would like answered.
what if cameron is a crappy blogger? will ultimatums be proposed? will another collapse ensue? who is going to judge if cameron is a crappy blogger? what exactly is the criteria for allowing someone to become a contributor? honestly, who is the judge who decides who can/cannot blog? who is it that decides that "this" individual can join but "that" one cannot?
i'm pretty sure i know the answers to these questions. and it just does not make sense to me at all.
if you guys can give me an UNBIASED answer to one of those questions, i'll gladly join this new adventure. but i just don't see--logically--how any of it can be considered fair.
Well Kubas I can't answer those questions, and even if I tried I'm sure it wouldn't be "UNBIASED" enough for you.
I think we're just gonna start a new blog and start posting about our lives and see where it goes from there.
Maybe it's purely symbolic, maybe it's unfair, maybe it's stupid.
It's just a blog, man.

Well I really don't see why he'd want to, considering how he thinks that "the Manly Mustaches just aren't what they were, and what they have become is something I no longer want to be a part of" and the fact that instead of contributing to the blog he'd rather "let it trudge along as it always had until it springs a leak and slowly sinks into oblivion."
Doesn't seem like his cup of tea.
Pritschet definately has a connection to goats.com. What it is I don't rightly remember, but that's where he got the "Republicans for Voldemort" t-shirt.
well max, that's kind of my point. he doesn't want to be involved with the manly mustaches...and he won't be.
perhaps he wants to help us out. after all, "we're just gonna start a new blog and start posting about our lives and see where it goes from there." how does that involve the manly mustaches?

My vote is no. The last time we had bock on here it killed the blog. This is the strife we're trying to escape.
Since you (max) obviously don't want to be on the same blog as bock, and kubas doesn't want to be on the blog if bock isn't, i suggest that bock and kubas start their own blog.

seeing as you've ignored every attempt at peaceful correspondence on Facebook I've made, I'm just going to assume that you hate ME, and not just my posts. I honestly hope that this arose recently, because I would hate to think that you've been hiding that feeling for some time.
Also, so you know, Kubas has been advocating my addition without my consent.
I'll admit, I did go over the top in my last post, which is regrettable. I geuss what I meant by that first bit you quoted is that I don't want to be contributing to something that lost its fun (for me anyway) and is run by people who are assholes. (People? or is it *A* person?) The second part was that I respect the staches and would hate to be the one who killed this, also implying my hopes for the staches to prosper into the unforseeable future.
If I was added, I honestly wouldn't post that often, would keep it short, and only include those things of substantial importance, interest, or humor.
Just hope you know where I'm coming from.

what inner turmoil. the peaceful team GPA never suffered this sort of infighting. we got along with our Bock perfectly well.
I don't think I will be apart of the new blog. Frankly I just never posted, and when I did it never got any attention. Nothing to do with the current politics of the situation, all personal.
And I LOL'd at "Dear Max, I'd like to return to you a hearty fuck you." I don't think something like a blog dispute warrants this message but you gotta admit, thats funny shit.
And for the name, drop the mustache name, and instead name it The Stiche Corner. This new blog would consist of making fun of Hummer (cause he is an immense asshole/prick/asskisser/fattass), praising our new god Stich, and living in the blogosphere peacefully.
But thats just my whole roll of quarters.
